Benche Benche Dinavella Benche!!!

Hi All,

Title explains my position. Let me explain, If you are not from software background u might wonder what bench is!!!

Actually in software field if you dont have any job or if you are not assigned a job and you are waiting for next job .. then you are officially called "ON BENCH" candidate!!! sounds strange.

So my position is "ON BENCH". From past 2 weeks i dont have anything to do and i am waiting for a job or a project .

Once you get addicted to work and suddenly if you are put on to Bench , the experience is really worst.

Its already 8 months since i joined EMUZED and i was having job till last month. After that i am not assigned a job.

I usually dont like sitting idle. either i will b reading something or listening to music or some movie. But here in office i have to daily come and sit infront of computer and wait till evening and get lost.

I really hate this situation of mine. But cant do anything .. for this job i am getting paid in Thousands.

I heard in many companies ppl sit on BENCH for 6 months or so..... So if i think from their point of view i am happy its just only 2 weeks right..

Anyways ..... The wonderful activites which i do on bench are
1.Check Mails
2.Listen to music
3.Browse net
4. Read some document

But whatever u do .. u cant spend all the time doing above mentioned activities.. You get frustrated . Its easy to sit in home and spend time. but in Company you cant sit idle infront of comp. But no other go.... you have to ............

Hopefully... i pray god to take me out of this BENCH....................
